Privacy

When you play

• Your Minecraft username and UUID, your IP address (used to stop ban evasion and to keep the server safe), your chat messages and commands, and what you do in game (for example blocks placed and broken, so we can roll back griefing).
• Game data like your balance, homes, claims, pets, stats and cosmetics, so the game remembers you.

When you buy something

• Checkout is handled by PayNow. They collect your payment details, email and billing address under their privacy policy. We never see your card details.
• We receive your Minecraft username, what you bought, the price and the order status, so we can deliver it and help you if something goes wrong.
• The store remembers the Minecraft name you typed in your browser (local storage) so you don't have to type it again. It never leaves your device.

On this website

• The site has no ads and no tracking cookies. Our host (Cloudflare) keeps standard request logs for security.
• Player heads come from mc-heads.net and fonts from Google Fonts, which receive your IP address when your browser loads them.

How long we keep it, and your choices

• Game and moderation data is kept while the server runs; purchase records are kept as long as needed for refunds, chargebacks and the law.
• We never sell your data.
• You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it (except what we must keep for bans or payments) by opening a ticket in our Discord.
• If you're under 13, please don't share personal information in chat, and ask a parent before buying anything.
