Who we are

BakerySMP (bakerysmp.com, mc.bakerysmp.com) is a fan-run Minecraft server. BakerySMP is not an official Minecraft product or service and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB.

Playing on the server

• You need a genuine, paid copy of Minecraft: Java Edition to join.
• You agree to the server rules. Breaking them can get you muted, kicked or banned, and a ban doesn't entitle you to a refund.
• The server is free to play. Nothing you can buy is needed to enjoy it.

Buying from the store

• Payments are handled by PayNow, which is the seller of record and handles payment, tax and receipts. All prices are in US dollars (USD); tax may be added at checkout depending on where you live.
• Everything in the store is a digital item for use on BakerySMP only. It has no real-world value and can't be traded for money or moved to another server.
• Ranks, titles, name colors, chat colors and claim blocks are one-time purchases. They stay on your account for as long as BakerySMP runs.
• Sugar Club is a monthly subscription. It renews automatically each month until you cancel, and you can cancel any time from the link in your PayNow receipt email. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep the perks until the end of the month you paid for.
• Purchases arrive in game automatically, usually within a minute of checkout. If you're offline they arrive the next time you join.
• If you're under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before buying anything.
• We may change prices, perks and products in the future. If a perk you bought is changed, we'll replace it with something of similar value.

Refunds

• Because items are delivered to your account right away, purchases are generally non-refundable.
• If something didn't arrive, arrived on the wrong account, or you were charged twice, open a ticket in our Discord within 14 days with your order email or receipt, and we'll fix it or refund you.
• Please talk to us before opening a chargeback. A chargeback removes what was bought and may lead to a ban from the server, since we can't tell a dispute apart from fraud.
• Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

Your purchase history

PayNow emails you a receipt for every order. For a full list of everything bought on your account, open a ticket in our Discord and we'll send it to you.
